도널드 트럼프의 트윗 하나에 이스라엘이 최초로 미국 국회의원의 입국을 금지했다.
15일(현지시간) 뉴욕타임스 등에 따르면 이스라엘 정부는 이날 미 민주당 소속 라시다 틀라입, 일한 오마르 하원의원의 입국을 불허하기로 했다. 이들은 트럼프 대통령이 집중 공격해 온 무슬림 유색인종 의원으로 이번에 이스라엘을 찾아 기독교와 이슬람 모두에 성지로 여겨지는 템플마운트(성전산) 등 민감한 장소들을 찾고, 이스라엘과 팔레스타인 평화 운동가들을 만나는 등의 일정을 소화하려 했던 것으로 알려졌다.
